Terms and Conditions

  • Snow Touch Resort Administrations holds all the rights to cancel any booking and change any tariffs and charges without prior notice to the customers.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel directly.
  • Check-in time is 12:00 PM, Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check in.
  • The Credit Card Holder must be one of the travelers.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that
  • the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
  • Checkin Time: 12 Noon and Checkout Time: 11 AM.
  • All Disputes be settled in Kullu Jurisdiction only.

INR 300/- charged extra for supplying heater in rooms.

Cancellation Policy

  • If the booking is cancelled before 15 days from the day of arrival, then 25% will be charged.
  • If the booking is cancelled between 15 days to 7 days from the day of arrival, the whole transferred 50% amount will be charged.
  • In case of no show, no refund.
  • Payment Terms
  • We charge 100% booking confirmation amount if the check-in date is within 1 month.
  • We charge 50% booking confirmation amount if the check-in date is after 1 month or more.

Child Policy

Children below 8 years will be considered as complimentary pack(Maximum 2 children)

No Show Policy

  • In case of no show there will be no refund under any circumstances
